Nail WAH

I had THE BEST pedicure at this nail salon the other day. The ladies take their time making sure each nail looks absolutely perfect. My nails have never looked better. Other places don’t care about your nails and will rush the job, this place did not do that. I loved every second. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip to NY. ❤️

I came across WAH nails by chance. A sanctuary in the middle of the craziness of Times Square. Lots of places I’ve been to could learn from WAH. The environment is so cute and the staff are professional and calm. I can’t wait to come back to NYC so I can come here again. Super clean and offer loads great services including massage eith pedicure.

I loved it here! I felt bad when I first arrived as I was chatting away on my phone -- something I'm used to doing along with everyone else at nail salons I have used previously. However once I sat on the pedicure throne, I became aware of how serene the environment was! It was such a nice change of pace from the atmosphere I am typically accustomed to. I quickly ended my call and settled into the pedicure service while listening to the music playing overhead. The pedicure throne was very comfortable, and it also has massage settings. After the pedicure we continued with a manicure, which was also masterfully done. The services took a bit longer than I had anticipated, however I would rather be taken care of and leave with top-notch results. The salon and all of the equipment is very clean which made me feel safe. The staff is very sweet and I was treated to a complimentary cup of tea upon my departure. This was such a nice way to unwind and step away from the hustle and bustle of New York City. Thank you Nail WAH :)

Found this based on reviews and first impression was nice. Saw from across the street as it's on the second floor above the Carvel. Stairs look a little precarious, but it wouldn't be NYC without that. They texted 30 minutes before to let me know they were running behind. I arrived right at time of appointment and you need to be buzzed into the building. A gentleman assisted with opening the door. Was directed to select polish then the scent (not really sure) for the pedicure. I choose the Jasmine one. Ample space behind the chair to put stuff aka heavy winter coat and a bag. Chairs were comfy, I didn't use the massage feature. The pedi started 20 minutes after the initial delay, so. Great job on the pedicure, she took her time and I didn't get polish, which cut a bit of waiting time in the end as I'd be stuffing them back into my socks/shoes. I'll keep this in mind for the area.

I love this place!❤️ They are so nice, attentive, and always giving great customer service! My nail master is sister 4 (unfortunately I do not know her name). She is a perfectionist and pays attention to details. This nail salon is placed in a good location, cute and clean. I became a regular customer after my first visit two months ago.

I saw the great reviews and thought I would try this place. She did a great job with my nails but it took her forever to do them. My appt was for 3:40pm, which I promptly came for and I just left at 5:05pm and all I got was regular gel nails with stickers on them (NOT designs). I had originally come for both a manicure and pedicure but wasn’t sure how long she would take to do my feet so, I cancelled it. I understand that doing a good job requires time but taking an hour and a half to do regular gel nails is not it. She also had gotten nail polish on my fingers too and had to spend some time getting that off. Would I come back? Maybe for another technician and if I had a half day off from work.
